At CCR Sport, we create products that help all of your cargo solution needs and we want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. Product returns are accepted within 30 days from the date of your CCR Sport Shipping confirmation email. Once your return has been received, a credit will be issued for the product returned (less any applicable return shipping charges and/or restocking fees). From the time that we receive your return, please allow 5 – 7 business days for your credit to be processed. All credits will be issued to the original credit or debit card used for order processing.
How to Return
We are sorry that it didn't work out. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please follow the instructions below to return the item.
- Call (949) 500-6929 to request a Return Authorization (RA). We cannot accept returned merchandise without an RA
- Include a copy of your invoice or packing slip if available, and write the reason for each returned item. Be sure to include your daytime contact phone number
- Returns need to be carefully packaged in original packaging
- Include all product installation kits and small parts
- Items must be in original unused condition
- Return freight must be paid by the customer
FedEx or UPS are generally the least expensive and safest shipping method. Do not send items back to CCR Sport C.O.D., as our warehouse will not accept any C.O.D. shipments. Always insure the package for the full retail value of the item and save the tracking information for your return. CCR Sport is not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Please return all items via ground shipping. Please note: Third party shippers (example UPS Store, FedEx Office, Mailbox Etc) add charges to normal ground shipping costs. CCR Sport does not reimburse these charges.
A refund for the price paid less any original and/or return shipping fees will be issued to the payment method used at time of order. Fees paid for international duties, taxes and/or brokerage fees are non-refundable.
Closeout items and discontinued items CANNOT be returned or exchanged, NO EXCEPTIONS.
In the event that an item arrives damaged during transit, call CCR Sport immediately at (949) 500-6929. Keep all packaging materials and the original shipping carton. CCR Sport will advise you of the procedure needed to be followed. DO NOT return item until instructed to do so.
Restocking Fees / Unexcepted Returns
At CCR Sport we strive to provide the best products and best customer service. Help us to help you with your returns. If your merchandise is returned to CCR Sport in the appropriate amount of time given (30 days from the date of your CCR Sport Shipping confirmation email) and is in new and resell-able condition, we will issue a return for your full purchase amount, minus any shipping fees. If your item is returned and has been damaged in any way from shipping or other wise and we are able to recondition the item for resale, you will be assested an applicable return/recondition fee at the sole discretion of CCR Sport. We will not accept any items for return that have been installed and/or used. If you have any questions about the eligability of your return, please contact us.
You are entitled to the manufacturer's limited warranty, if any, that accompanies the product. CCR Sport offers no additional warranty. CCR Sport shall under no circumstances be liable for special, incidental, or consequential damages including loss of profit, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damages; the maximum liability for all direct damages, if any, arising out of any action shall be limited to an amount not to exceed the purchase price of the product.
We will assist with warranty issues; however, all warranty issues are the ultimate responsibility of the manufacturer. We cannot be responsible for manufacturer policy and/or processing.
