We are as excited as you are about your purchase. Your merchandise will ship 1 business day if not less from your order date with your choice of the flexible shipping options we offer.
Orders for in-stock merchandise placed before 10am MST usually ship the same business day. Most orders are shipped within 1-2 business days - weekends and holidays excluded, pending availability at the time your order is placed.
Please note that orders placed after 10am MST will begin processing the following business day.
Orders with express shipping selected (2-Day or Next Day) are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day. However, please be aware that "2-Day" and "Next Day" indicates the estimated delivery time after the order has been picked up by the shipping carrier, and does not include processing time.
Carriers do not pick up or deliver packages on weekends or holidays except for special Saturday delivery service which can be arranged with our sales department. Some orders shipped via Ground Home Delivery on Fridays that are within our local shipping zone may be delivered on Saturdays. This service however is not guaranteed.
Items ordered together may ship separately.
Please note that the shipping cost provided at the time of check-out is an estimate. Some orders that are over-sized by weight and/or dimension, and multiple shipping package orders my have a higher shipping cost then what is quoted by the shipping estimator at checkout. Should there be any discrepancy in the estimated shipping cost versus the actual shipping cost, a CCR Sport sales representative will contact you regarding your shipping options and total shipping cost. Free Shipping
We offer a Free Shipping Option at checkout for orders over $65.00 in the lower 48 contiguous States. When selecting our Free Shipping Option, please note that we reserve the right to ship your order any method that we choose and that transit times are generally 2-7 business days but can be longer depending on the carrier.
Flat Rate Shipping Option
We offer a Flat Rate Shipping Option at checkout. Flat Rate may be less expensive or more expensive than the UPS and USPS shipping options listed. When selecting our Flat Rate Shipping Option, please note that we reserve the right to ship your order any method that we choose and that transit times are generally 2-7 business days but can be longer depending on the carrier.
We reserve the right to choose shipping carriers depending on transit times and cost. Our goal is to get your order to you in the least amount of time and for the best price. Our preferred carriers are UPS and USPS. Some items may be deemed too large for USPS, therefore UPS will be chosen to deliver your order.
Cargo Box Shipments
Cargo boxes and other oversized items are delivered through a contracted shipping carrier due to the size and weight. Please expect these shipments to arrive later than the other items on your order if there are multiple items being ordered at the same time. Delivery is generally from 5 to 7 business days from shipping date.
Shipping Exclusions
We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. We also do not ship on the following holidays: Good Friday, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's Eve.
Back-Orders
All though it is rare, sometimes items may not be available to ship at the time of your order. For back-ordered items, orders begin processing as soon as the back-ordered item is returned to stock. You can expect your order to ship 1-2 business days after the back-ordered item is returned to stock. If we are unable to ship the back-ordered items within a reasonable amount of time you will be notified.
For orders containing items on back-order, we will hold the order until all items are available. Once all items are available we will ship your complete order. You can request that in-stock items be shipped as soon as possible, with back-ordered items shipped when available. For orders split into separate shipments, the back-ordered items will ship by UPS Ground once they are available. Additional shipping fees for split orders may apply.
Certain items (which require special preparation for shipment, or customization) may require a longer processing time. We make every effort to accurately set this expectation by listing shipping times in the item description pages. We want to ensure that your order is shipped to you as quickly as possible. If you believe that your order has experienced a delay in shipment that exceeds the normal processing and shipment time, please let us know.
International Orders
For international shipments the billing and shipping address must be the same or CCR Sport will not process the order.
CCR Sport reserves the right to change what countries are serviced based on the levels of Credit Card fraud and associated risk reported in each country.
Once we have received your international order, you will be contacted by our sales team via email with the International Shipping charge pertaining to your specific order. Once we receive your approval for the International Shipping charge we will then process and ship your order. Most international orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail® or International Express Mail® International. UPS is sometimes used for International orders when requested by the customer, or when we deem that UPS is a better shipping option for your order.
CCR Sport carries selected merchandise that is restricted from International shipping. If an order is placed with this selected product, you will be notified via email.
