Almost every week someone calls and asks,
"Do I need the 52, the 57, or the 60?"
The good news is that choosing the right Hybrid is usually pretty straightforward.
The even better news?
You don't have to guess.
After helping riders transport motorcycles for nearly 30 years, I've found that spending two minutes measuring your truck bed is always better than assuming every truck is the same.
Start With Your Truck
The easiest way to narrow down the correct size is by identifying your truck.
Here are the sizes I recommend most often.

These recommendations cover the majority of trucks I see every day.
But there is one important step I always recommend before ordering.
Measure Your Truck
Over the years I've learned that not every truck bed is the same.
Manufacturers make changes from one generation to the next.
Bed liners vary.
Accessories like toolboxes, drawer systems, bed caps, and other aftermarket accessories can affect where the track is mounted.
That's why I always recommend taking a quick measurement before ordering.
It only takes a minute and gives you confidence that you're ordering the correct size.
The track is designed to mount where it works best for your truck, trailer, or van, so choosing the proper mounting location and confirming your available space are part of every installation.
Need Something Different? I Can Build It.
While I keep the 60-inch Hybrid Track in stock because it's the most popular size, I also offer the standard 48", 52", 57", and 60" lengths.
If your truck, trailer, van, or custom build calls for something a little different, I can also provide custom track lengths up to 60 inches.
Because I manufacture the tracks here in the United States, I can cut them to your specified length before they ship.
Over the years I've built custom tracks for everything from unique truck applications to enclosed trailers and specialized van builds.

Don't Overthink It
One thing I hear fairly often is,
"I'm right between two sizes."
Usually, the answer is easier than people think.
The goal isn't to buy the longest track possible.
The goal is to choose the track that fits your truck properly while leaving room for installation and providing the best tie-down geometry.
A properly sized rack will always work better than one that's simply bigger.
If you're unsure, I'd much rather help you choose the right size than have you guess.
What If I Buy a Different Truck Later?
This is actually one of the reasons I designed the Hybrid.
Unlike a fixed motorcycle rack, the Hybrid is completely modular.
If you change trucks down the road, there's a good chance you'll be able to reuse your existing wheel chocks, tie-down anchors, and accessories. In many cases, you'll simply install the track in your new vehicle and transfer your components over.
That's one of the biggest advantages of the system.
It grows with you.
It's Not Just for Trucks
Another thing customers don't always realize is that the Hybrid isn't limited to pickup trucks.
The same modular platform is also used in:
- Ford Transit vans
- Mercedes Sprinter vans
- Enclosed trailers
- Utility trailers
- Custom fabrication projects
Because every installation is unique, measuring the available mounting surface is always the best way to ensure the right fit.
What If My Truck Isn't Listed?
Don't worry.
There are simply too many truck models, trim levels, and bed configurations to list every possible application.

Most trucks fall into one of the recommended sizes, but taking a quick measurement removes any doubt and ensures your rack fits exactly the way you expect.
