Orders & Payment

Orders are subject to review and acceptance by CCR Sport.

For your protection, billing information must match the payment method used during checkout. Orders suspected of fraud or unauthorized activity may be delayed, canceled, or refused.

We accept major credit cards, PayPal, Shop Pay, and other payment methods offered during checkout.

Shipping & Delivery

We offer simple flat-rate shipping within the continental United States based on product size and system type.

Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Canada, or international destinations may require a custom shipping quote prior to fulfillment.

Estimated transit times are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed.

CCR Sport is not responsible for shipping carrier delays, weather delays, lost shipments, or circumstances beyond our control once an order has been transferred to the carrier.

Customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, brokerage fees, and import fees associated with international orders.

Order Changes & Cancellations

Orders may be canceled prior to shipment.

Once an order has shipped, it cannot be canceled or intercepted. Customers wishing to return shipped items must follow the procedures outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Refused shipments or undeliverable packages may be subject to return shipping charges and applicable deductions from any refund.

Pre-Orders

CCR Sport may offer pre-order products for items that are temporarily out of stock or currently in production.

Estimated availability dates are subject to change and are not guaranteed.

Customers placing pre-orders will receive tracking information once the order ships.

Product Installation & Use

Customers are solely responsible for:

• proper installation
• vehicle compatibility
• safe loading and cargo securement
• inspection and maintenance of all products and related equipment

CCR Sport products must be used only as intended.

Improper installation, misuse, overloading, modification, or unsafe operation may result in product failure, property damage, serious injury, or death.

Limitation of Liability

CCR Sport, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the purchase, installation, or use of its products.

By purchasing and using CCR Sport products, the customer assumes all responsibility and risk associated with installation, cargo securement, vehicle operation, and product use.

CCR Sport’s liability shall be limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective products in accordance with our Warranty Policy.

Returns & Refunds

Returns are subject to the terms outlined in our Return & Refund Policy.

Products must be returned unused, uninstalled, and properly packaged.

Shipping charges are non-refundable. Promotional shipping costs, return label costs, and applicable reconditioning or repackaging deductions may be withheld from refunds where applicable.

CCR Sport products are backed by our Limited Forever Warranty for the original purchaser.
