Limited Forever Warranty

CCR Sport warrants all CCR Sport manufactured products to the original purchaser against defects in materials and workmanship for the life of the product.

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is non-transferable. The warranty becomes void if ownership of the product is transferred or resold.

At CCR Sport’s discretion, defective products may be repaired or replaced following inspection and evaluation by CCR Sport.

Warranty Coverage

The Limited Forever Warranty applies to manufacturing defects under normal intended use of the product.

This warranty is valid only when products are:

• properly installed
• properly maintained
• used as intended

What Is Not Covered

The Limited Forever Warranty does not cover:

• Improper installation
• Product misuse or abuse
• Overloading
• Vehicle accidents
• Product modifications or alterations
• Cosmetic wear including scratches, dents, fading, oxidation, paint, powder coat, or surface finish wear
• Damage caused by weather, chemicals, corrosion, or lack of maintenance
• Theft or loss
• Normal wear and tear

CCR Sport products are designed for powersports and cargo transport applications. Safe loading, securement, installation, and operation remain the sole responsibility of the user.

Installation & Use Responsibility

The purchaser and end user are solely responsible for:

• proper installation
• proper vehicle fitment
• safe cargo securement
• inspection and maintenance of all equipment

CCR Sport assumes no responsibility for damage to vehicles, cargo, property, or persons resulting from improper installation, misuse, or improper use of its products.

If a return is authorized, CCR Sport will provide instructions for inspection and return procedures.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs associated with warranty evaluation unless otherwise approved by CCR Sport.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

Proof of original purchase is required for all warranty claims.

Liability

CCR Sport’s liability is limited solely to the repair or replacement of defective CCR Sport products at its discretion.

CCR Sport shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the installation, use, or misuse of its products.

By using CCR Sport products, the purchaser and end user assume all responsibility and risk associated with installation, cargo securement, and product use.
