Return Eligibility

• Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery
  
• Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in original packaging
  
• Products showing signs of installation or wear are not eligible for return
  

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

Upon request, we can provide a discounted return shipping label, and the cost will be deducted from your refund. Our commercial shipping rates are often lower than standard retail rates.

Proper Packaging Required

Carriers can be hard on packages. Please ensure your return is securely packaged with adequate padding to prevent damage.

Items must be returned in protective packaging comparable to how they were originally shipped. Returns that arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging may be subject to a deduction.

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed after inspection of the returned item.

• Outbound shipping charges paid at checkout are non-refundable.
  
• Orders that qualified for promotional or free shipping will have the original outbound shipping cost deducted from the refund.
  
• If a CCR Sport return label is used, that cost will be deducted.
  
• Returns requiring repackaging, replacement hardware, or reconditioning may be subject to a reasonable deduction.
