We warranty our products against defects in materials and workmanship. If a manufacturing defect is confirmed, we will repair or replace the product at our discretion.
This warranty applies to properly installed products used as intended. Normal wear, cosmetic finish wear, misuse, improper installation, modification, and damage from accidents or environmental exposure are not covered.

Finding a solution to secure my motorcycles in the van wasn't easy but I'm glad I found CCRSport that did the trick. All the components are incredibly robust and when it's installed it feels like it's part of the van. Further, the system just works. GoogleMaps decided to take me down a rural road and I swear there was a jump. Everything left the floor except for the bike that held on with barely a shudder. Great system and great staff at CCRSport as well!

Bought this to help with organizing my motorcycles when I‰Ûªm hauling them. I have been battling the big heavy, clumsy, wheel chocks commonly found and hoped there was a better way! Found it!! Now I just have to figure out another easy solution for when I remove the bench seat in my sprinter.

Great product. This was pretty straightforward to install and it works exactly as expected. we have a 144 wheel base crew sprinter, and we can fit 3 full sized dirt bikes behind the passenger seat. Shipping was a little slow with USPS appearing to have stopped tracking one of our two packages, but customer service was very responsive. We did not receive a couple of the bolts and one of the end caps, so that is why I gave it 4 stars.

We appreciate your patience with the two-package shipment. Unfortunately, USPS occasionally separates multi-package shipments in transit, and the longer track package can take a little longer to work its way through the system. We were happy to stay in touch and help track things along the way.
Regarding the hardware, we weren’t aware that any bolts were missing. Had we known, we would have gotten replacements out to you right away. Also, just for clarification, our Sprinter kits include one track end cap by design—the opposite end of the track terminates against the van wall and does not require a cap.

I purchased the moto x-3 for the sprinter. It was an easy install, great quality and very sturdy. It has lots of adjust ability and easy to make adjustments . I would recommend this to anyone. If you have ever loaded 3 bikes in a van WITHOUT the X-3 it can be a pain with the straps (I always had issues with straps and bike leaning) With the X-3 it keeps all the strap placements neat and no bikes leaning or moving.

I recently installed this rack in my sprinter.What a genius idea. No more destroying the back of my bench with bikes and carts and other unforgiving objects. The rack mounts to the lower seat mounts on the bench. measure 10 times drill once. I appreciate how it can accommodate taller items strapped to the rack without rubbing on the bench. Very professional piece of gear.

Received my kit way ahead of what had been scheduled. Installation went real well, a step drill/ vari-bit is definitely the best tool for the job. Being as I use the van for a number of different activities, the rack doesn’t get in the way went it’s not full of bikes. Definitely recommend it.
