Bed Buddy Moto Rack ELITE System

I used it for the first time on a long vacation road trip. It was used to secure a dual sport motorcycle and two bicycles. It worked very well, highly recommend. Before installing I had a question. The person I spoke with was very polite and knowledgeable. Like previously stated I would recommend this product to anyone.

Thank you for delivering a well made product built to withstand years of hauling. Loading and hauling 3 bikes is no longer a tangled mess of tie downs and spacing off of the bed rail.
The box on my 2014 Ford F150 is very close to the cab and would be impossible to fit a nut/wrench behind to install - a problem which the CCR Sport X-Nut solved! For the center hole, I did need to use a slightly shorter bolt to get the nut to completely expand.
The 1.5" thick tie down straps are of high quality material and the cams do not bind when releasing.
When tying down a bike in the outer location, ensure usage of an anchor point Not on the bed buddy (use one in the far corners of your truck box), as it is basically in-line with the handlebar providing little side-to-side support.

Couldn't think of a better way to be ready to haul bikes anytime and have the wheel chock system to be off the floor and on the front of the bed!

Easy to install... Everything I need to tie everything down and keep it organized. Love this product... Actually have 3. Truck bed, enclosed, and utility trailer in the picture.

Once installed you'll see that this product is stout. Careful measuring, drilling (not damaging the cab) of the center mount, and then later careful leveling, marking, and drilling of the two side mounts will yield a nice installation. Gave it a few tugs and seems very nicely rigid. I'm eager to use if for the first time as soon as the pandemic is over.

If you have a 2010+/- Ford F-150 generation truck, take note that the bed is deep and with an interesting front bed wall. I'd recommend lining up the mount on the very bottom of the flat panel near the top. That way, it will capture the full-size Motorcycle/MXer 21" front wheel well; otherwise, you may want to get something smaller than the 60" mount and then do a more customized install if you have to provision for smaller front-wheeled motorcycles/MXers.

Once I determined the orientation I needed (middle loop low to not interfere with Toyota rail system or stamped pattern of front bed wall - note picture), followed the easy instructions for proper centering and use of the expanding fasteners . . . 20 minutes!

Works great, super happy I bought the set. Everything works as advertised. I have it on my Ram 2500 and was worried about having to put it high on the back of the bed. The rams have a lip on the bed that makes mounting only possible on one spot. After mounting, I realized I have nothing to worry about. Moved the bike about three times now. Very happy I purchased this. Straps and third bike rack make it super easy to get the whole family out.

I purchased this extender after many years of using the Bed Buddy in my truck. I believe I purchased the original Bed In 2002 or 2003. I have used this think for hauling bikes and anything else I have needed to tie down such as refrigerator, welding bottles, toolboxes, pressure washer and a list of just about everything you imagine. This is a great product that has served me well. My son purchased one of the bed buddy units a couple years ago and we were surprised after looking it up that they were still being made and sold. The unit I have still has the original product sticker attached and legible which made it easy to purchase again. I highly recommend this product and the extender is a nice addition. I have hauled 3 bikes many times without the extension but makes fitting the bikes much more challenging without the extension. Thanks for a great product that works well and still being offered after many years. I wish I would have know about the extension years ago.

I was tired of putting straps through tires. The new mount system from ccr made it really easy to strap down bikes. Kit is really easy to install and well built

Order 2 . 1 for a 2014 tacoma and the other for 20132 f150.
Ended up using the tacoma one in the f150. The 60" one would not sit flat where I wanted to mount it for dirt bikes at 14" up from bed. I should of measured better where I wanted to mount it. I had measured across the width of the bed and the 60 would of been fine. I ended up mounting it lower.
Have used it with 1 and 2 bikes and like the mounting points and strength.
I have small tool boxes in my truck back by the bed so our bike are not straight in the truck. Have not tried the center mount yet for a 3rd bike.

The straps that came in the kit are great. Well made. easy to use. I like the carbineer style connection to connect the bar.

I would by the set up again for another truck. Need to measure the actual mounting location next time.

This is my second rack from CCR and the first one is still in use on my trailer. Mounted this one on the bed of an F150. Great quality package with all the mounting hardware.
My only wish is that they would angle the center loop hook outward, so that it is easier to hook to. With the bed wall overhang the center loop is a tight fit.

Excellent product. Only issue is I had to use a one and a half inch bolt in order to get the blind fastener mounted.

CCR team was super helpful. Product is awesome. Mid - Size works great. Mounted below the top rail so it fit for both dirt bikes 21 tire and street with 17 inch. Install was smooth. Did an aggressive off road trail with the bed buddy with a bike attached and it held perfectly. Total game changer.
